- Share your honest experience and before/after photos if available.
- Return the products/remaining packaging as requested by our team.
Refund Amount
Once the returned items are received and verified:
- Refund will be processed within 7 working days
- GST charges will be deducted
- Shipping charges will be deducted (varies by location)

- Products must be used as directed for 60 continuous days.
- Misuse, irregular usage, or false claims may make the order ineligible.

- Shortages (items missing from the delivery)

What You’ll Need to Submit
To help us verify and resolve your claim swiftly, please include the following in your submission:

- A clear description of the issue
- Supporting photos (if applicable)
- A mandatory unboxing video that shows:
• The unopened package
• The entire unboxing process
• Clear evidence of the issue (e.g. damage, missing item, etc.)
Please note:
- Claims submitted after 12 hours from delivery will not be accepted.
- Claims without a valid unboxing video may also be declined.
